What a great start to term!
Last week, the children at Grange Juniors have had the exciting opportunity to take part in a whole school poetry and art project. We have been exploring the poem 'The Magic Box by Kit Wright.' The children have written their own poems using 'The Magic Box' as inspiration. Year 3 have used the art work 'A Shipwreck to Stormy Seas by Claude Joseph Vernet as inspiration for their own paintings. Year 4 have used the art work 'Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh to explore using a range of paint brush sizes and strokes and swirls.
