Whilst Year 2 have been spending some time at the Juniors site this week, they were treated to a special visit from author and illustrator Steve Anthony, who was once a pupil at Grange Junior School himself. Steve shared his books with the children and led an exciting workshop where Year 2 designed their own characters. He then joined Year 2, 3 and 4 for an inspiring assembly, explaining the ideas and messages behind his stories and modelling how to draw his famous Chitty Chitty Bang Bang character. A truly memorable experience for all!
